We’re seeking a skilled, proactive Revenue Cycle Analyst to support companywide analysis, database administration, and reporting needs. In this role, you’ll help shape the backbone of our revenue operations and ensure our teams have the tools, data, and insights needed to deliver exceptional care.

What You'll Do

• Configure, maintain, and optimize revenue cycle system components for billing, coding, charging, and collections.
• Build and manage payer rules, fee schedules, edits, claim formats, and billing configurations.
• Test and validate system changes before deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting claims, payments, denials, and reimbursement.
• Maintain documentation for system rules and configurations.
• Develop and support reporting with Revenue Cycle leadership.
• Communicate clearly with staff and manage assigned service requests.
• Participate in departmental projects and perform other assigned tasks.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in an information systems field (or HS diploma with two years of IS experience).
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle billing workflows.
• Experience with revenue cycle or practice management system configuration.
